PolarConnect Archives

1. Click on the link to the archive you wish to access.
2. Click on the "Participant Login" button

3. When prompted, enter the following:

   Room ID: ARCUS_Live [***Room ID is case sensitive]
   Name: [enter your name]

4. Click on the "Enter" button.
5. It make take a few moments for the presentation to load. The presentation should start on its own. If it doesn't, you can click on the button labeled 'Class Start' in the small pop-up window. If the pop-up window does not appear, click on the word 'Navigation' to the lower left of the main screen.

MP3 archive files may be played directly or downloaded to your computer for listening. Audio archive links are shown as the size of the file in the 'Audio' column in the table above. The files are standard MP3 files and should be compatible with most platforms.

1. To listen directly via web browser, click on the appropriate archive link.
2. To download an audio archive for listening on your computer, right click on the appropriate archive.
3. After right clicking, a menu will appear with various options. These options will vary depending upon the browser used to access the web page.
   • Safari users: Choose 'Download Linked File' from the menu.
   • Firefox users: Choose 'Save Link As' from the menu.
   • Internet Explorer users: Choose 'Save Target As' from the menu.

PDF archive links are shown as the size of the file in the 'PDF' column in the table above. To download a PDF archive:

1. Right click on the appropriate archive.
2. After right clicking, a menu will appear with various options. These options will vary depending upon the browser used to access the web page.
   • Safari users: Choose 'Download Linked File' from the menu.
   • Firefox users: Choose 'Save Link As' from the menu.
   • Internet Explorer users: Choose 'Save Target As' from the menu.
